Psychological interventions
We are happy to help you.
Mental health issues experienced by a team member can be a precursor to a long period of absence. That is why it is important to intervene quickly with psychological support. This can reduce symptoms and prevent absenteeism in the workplace. At paraDIGMA group, we don't believe in labeling or pigeonholing people. Employees who need mental health support should receive help as quickly as possible, without waiting lists or hassle. We guarantee a personal consultation with one of our psychologists within seven working days.

Recognizing and identifying psychological symptoms
Through role playing and training, we teach managers how to recognize and identify psychological complaints in team members and specifically address them.
Common goal: recovery
The primary goal of mental health intervention is recovery. Staying at work, as contradictory as it may sound, is an essential part of that recovery. Our psychologists evaluate whether employees can continue to perform their daily activities (in part) or whether modified work is better chosen. They also give advice on the nature and duration of the symptoms and possible follow-up steps for a sustainable recovery.
