Prevent absenteeism with a Sustainable Employability Assessment
A Sustainable Employability Study (DIO) helps you prevent future absenteeism. As an employer, you obviously want your employees to be employed sustainably and especially to remain so. This survey gives you and your team answers to questions such as the following:
- Is each employee still suitable for their job, in the full duties and hours?
- If not, has the work already been modified or can it be modified?
- If not, are there positions at within the company where the sustainable employment of this employee can be better ensured?
- As an employer, what steps can you take to improve the sustainable employment of your team?
