A Sustainable Employability Assessment (SEA) helps you prevent future absenteeism. As an employer, you naturally want your employees to be sustainably employed and, above all, to remain so. This assessment provides you and your team with answers to the following questions, among others:
- Is each employee still suitable for their job, in the full duties and hours?
- If not, has the work already been modified or can it be modified?
